The Lewis County Community Services Board and Lewis County Board of Legislators are currently seeking proposals from a single entity that is capable of providing outpatient medically supervised chemical dependence treatment services.

 All proposals must be received on or before 4:00 pm on Friday, December 28, 2012.  Late proposals will not be considered.

Lewis County reserves the right to forego any formalities and reject any or all proposals.
