Proposals for the Lewis County Public Safety Radio
System Interoperability Base Stations located in Lewis County, New York, will
be received until 3:30 p.m. local time on October 19, 2017 at the offices
of the Lewis County Board of Legislators, Michael Tabolt, Chairman of the Board,
7660 North State Street, Lowville, New York 13367.
The Scope of Services to be performed by the Vendor
shall include all necessary labor and materials to provide National
Interoperability VCALL, VTAC, UCALL, UTAC, 8CALL and 8TAC base stations at
multiple communications tower sites located throughout Lewis County as detailed
in the RFP.
The proposal must be submitted in accordance with requirements
specified in the Request for Proposals (RFP), which shall be obtained from the
designated Lewis County representative. The RFP may be obtained by
contacting the offices of C&S Engineers, Inc., 499 Col. Eileen Collins
Boulevard, Syracuse, New York 13212; 315-455-2000 (Attn: Rita Fendick or Robert
Vendors are not to include in their proposals, sales and
compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of counties or cities on
materials, equipment, and supplies to be incorporated into the Project. The
General Municipal Law of the State of New York requires that Vendors certify,
under penalty of perjury, that the proposal has been prepared without collusion
with other Bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. A certification is included with the RFP
which the Vendor must sign in the space provided.
The County of Lewis reserves the right to reject any or
all proposals offered.
